Indoor Sales Cum Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• SALES:
• Build and expand our customer base through various channels such as phone, email, website, Facebook and walk-in.
• Handle incoming sales inquiries.
• Prepare and present sales quotations and proposals.
• Follow up on leads, convert them into sales, and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Manage and follow up on payment collections from assigned customers.
• COORDINATION:
• Process sales orders and generate invoices.
• Coordinate and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for stock replenishment.
• Address and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Maintain organized records of sales orders, deliveries, and inventory.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
