HOT-APPLIED RUBBERIZED BITUMEN JOINT SEALING

Description

Bitustrip is a high performance hot-applied rubberised bituminous joint sealant compound formulated to provide a resilient, flexible and watertight seal throughout repeated cycles of expansion and contraction of the joint. The material exhibits superior flow resistance throughout a wide range of temperatures while its low viscosity characteristic ensures the ease of installation. Additional adhesive-promoting agents obviate the requirement for a primer under all normal circumstances.

Uses

Bitustrip is ideal for the installation of bridge expansion joint, sealing of horizontal, slopping construction, expansion and contraction joints in concrete and asphalt roads, runways and thoroughfares and floor slabs.
